Can't Be Trusted

on 2018-04-20 14:24:53

While our Zoho Projects usually functions fine... Zoho Docs doesn't seem to sync properly most of the time, this has lead to producing the wrong product because we were building CAD off of out of date files that Zoho didn't bother to update in the shared workspaces. We now have to double check everything and have people manually email us things because it has proven untrustworthy. 10+ sync issues one week, at the cost of material and time. We are seeking an alternative method. And a big red flag for us when Zoho reps were here, they couldn't help us with our issues and told us to submit a ticket because they don't even use Zoho Docs... and use Google Docs. So the company doesn't even use their own platform, that says it all. That's not including the "minor" issues like not loading things chronologically all the time. Why 656 isn't between 655 and 657 is beyond me... AVOID ZOHO DOCS
