Product Overview
Dokmee is an end-to-end enterprise content management system for capturing, storing, retrieving and sharing files. It’s intended to help businesses of all sizes manage their document storage and transition to a paperless office. It has an easy-to-use interface with colorful icons and drag-and-drop functionality.
Dokmee is available both on-premise and in the cloud, so clients have the flexibility of deciding whether to host their own data.
There are several Dokmee products: Dokmee Capture, Dokmee ECM (on-premise), Dokmee ECM (cloud) and Dokmee Page Counter.
The software integrates with many different applications, such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Quickbooks and Oracle. Users can also send files from any Microsoft Office program into Dokmee, as well as import PDF files using the Dokmee Virtual Printer.
We want to briefly mention the Dokmee Capture solution. It’s used for scanning and capturing documents from different sources, such as multifunctional products (MFPs) or scanners. Dokmee Capture is intended for offices that have large scanning needs. Some of its features include unlimited scanning, automated data capture and meta data creation.

Dokmee includes security features such as a built-in audit log, user restrictions at the file cabinet, folder and file levels and Active Directory integration.
The Dokmee Mobile ECM app allows access to some of Dokmee’s features while on the go, such as finding, adding and removing files, approving/rejecting workflows, updating indexes and sharing files by email.

While several users can view a file at one time, multiple users can’t edit or make revisions to a file simultaneously.
Note: Other features that aren’t offered may be standard in the future. Users have provided feedback on new features or product changes that Office Gemini will consider for a future upgrade. Some potential new features include biometric logins, notifications on workflows through mobile devices and mandatory index fields.
