Product Overview

Zoho Recruit is an applicant tracking system catering to multiple hurdles faced by recruiters. With complete solutions for both in-house recruiters and staffing agencies, Zoho Recruit helps them source, track, and hire the best candidates, without any juggling required across different media.

Recruiters can customize every aspect of their workday and automate tasks like sending emails, updating interview status, and more. They can get reports and analytics at their fingertips and plan better hiring strategies.

Zoho Recruit has a Forever Free plan and two pricing plans for Corporate HR. We’ve listed below the features included in each plan but specific pricing information is in our Pricing section.

Forever Free – The Forever Free plan includes candidate management, email management, interview scheduling and 8/5 support.

Standard – The Standard plan includes features of the free plan plus: branded career sites, employee referral, candidate sourcing, social recruiting, resume management, premium job boards, hiring pipeline, basic reports and dashboards, and assessments. It also supports integration to over 50 third-party applications.

Enterprise – The Enterprise plan includes all of the features of the Standard plan, plus Zia Candidate Matching, candidate and staffing portals, layout rules, Blueprint, advanced customization, territory management, recruitment automation, advanced analytics, custom reports and dashboards, integration with SMS and PhoneBridge, auto responders, field-level security and integration with Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

There are three pricing plans for staffing agencies:

Standard – The Standard plan includes features of the free plan plus: branded career sites, employee referral, candidate sourcing, social recruiting, resume management, premium job boards, hiring pipeline, basic reports and dashboards, and assessments. It also supports integration to over 50 third-party applications.

Professional – The Professional plan includes all of the features of the Standard plan, plus Zia Candidate Matching, advanced analytics, custom reports and dashboards, candidate portals, screening and assessment, background checks, advanced security control, assignment rules and integration with SMS and PhoneBridge.

Enterprise – The Enterprise plan includes all of the features of the Professional plan, plus custom roles and profiles, custom functions and buttons, client and staffing portals, layout rules, web tabs, Blueprint, advanced customization, territory management, advanced assignment rules, auto responders  and integration with Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

Zoho Recruit offers online training for its product. Training classes are held at numerous locations, most frequently in New York City. They are also held periodically online. Pricing

For Corporate HR, the Standard plan costs $30 per recruiter, per month ($25 per recruiter, per month yearly), and the Enterprise plan costs $60 per recruiter, per month ($50 per recruiter, per month yearly).

Zoho Recruit offers a license for employees and hiring managers for $10 per month and must be purchased in packs of 10. The employee license covers candidate referral and tracking, while the hiring manager license includes job requisitions and the ability to interview candidates and give feedback. In addition, Zoho Recruit has an optional vendor management portal for $6 per license (the first 10 licenses are free under the Enterprise plan), as well as video interviewing features for $12 per job opening.

Shortcomings

Some users have reported that customer service tends to be slow in responding to questions or issues. Also, Zoho Recruit has a steep learning curve.
