We’ll discuss the key features of Workable below. However, we wanted to first highlight Workable’s built-in sourcing tool, People Search, which allows recruiters to search millions of online profiles by skills, keywords and target location, among other criteria.

Talent CRM – Workable has a talent pool module to help recruiters track and nurture relationships with potential candidates. Features include the ability to search for and add candidates from a database of millions of profiles, snooze communication with candidates that aren’t currently available for hire and view histories of interactions.

Team collaboration – With Workable, users can modify access rights to account settings and confidential information for different groups, including senior leaders, standard members of the hiring team and external recruiters. Hiring managers can also assign and audit user roles and responsibilities, and invite external recruiters to submit candidates through the Workable platform.

Clients can start with a 15-day free trial. Users can set up career pages within minutes and then create a hiring pipeline, post jobs and communicate with applicants. Open jobs and candidates can be imported from an existing ATS, database or spreadsheet. New users receive a training webinar and a 60-day review.

Workable can be integrated with job boards, video interview platforms, assessment providers and human resource management systems (HRMS).

Customer Service & Support

Users can contact a customer support team based out of the United States, Europe or Australia through email, the mobile app or the online help ticket submission form. Phone support is also available on business days from 2:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m EST. In addition, the Help Center provides articles and videos.


Workable offers several pricing plans with different features. The most basic plan, Paygo, is $129 per job, per month. Here are the features associated with each pricing plan:

Premier costs $599 per month and adds on a hiring plan, requisition approvals, native language options, standard single sign-on, custom onboarding and a dedicated account manager.

Workable has three add-on features (billed annually): video interviewing ($99 per month), texting ($79 per month) and assessments ($59 per month). Note that these features are priced per job, per month for users on the Paygo plan.


Workable doesn’t include automated reference checks or onboarding functionality beyond offer letter services. Companies may need to use a separate HRMS solution for onboarding features.

Larger customers may find that Workable doesn’t offer enough functionality or customization for multiple jobs and departments.
