Recruiterflow At A Glance

Good: Email automation features, easy implementation process, ability to pull candidate information from Gmail or LinkedIn and populate it within Recruiterflow.
Bad: Onboarding features are not offered, some users prefer to have a dashboard for showing daily activities.
Bottom Line: Modern recruiting software that helps recruiters and staffing agencies become more productive.

Product Overview

Recruiterflow is a cloud-based solution that streamlines and automates the hiring process for recruiters. Recruiters can source passive candidates with one click, post openings on job boards and track their hiring pipeline. Recruiterflow has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface and takes a few minutes to implement.

Additional benefits of Recruiterflow include:

  • Built-in features that normally require purchasing another solution, such as customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Reduced manual data entry, therefore improving recruiters’ productivity
  • Increased collaboration among the hiring team

Features

Recruiterflow’s email automation feature, called Recipes, takes the busywork out of a recruiter’s day. The recruiter can easily set up rules that automate common hiring tasks, such as emailing disqualified candidates or scheduling candidates for phone interviews.

Another unique feature is Robin, the Chrome extension tool that acts as a recruiting assistant within the recruiter’s inbox. Robin automatically pulls a candidate’s information from Gmail or a sourcing tool (e.g., LinkedIn) and populates the data within Recruiterflow without manual intervention. Note that the feature is only available for Gmail users, but Recruiterflow plans to offer a similar feature to Microsoft Office365 users in the future.

Recruiterflow has a sourcing tool kit that includes one-click candidate sourcing from LinkedIn and other social networks, and email campaign setup and delivery. Recruiters can also create their own mobile-friendly career page and add job postings to specific job boards. Each job posting has its own unique URL for easier tracking.

Recruiters can also track the pipeline of each job opening using features such as activity log (for recording actions taken on candidates), collaborating with the hiring team by tagging them in actions and using customizable pipeline stages. They’ll have real-time access to updates on recruiting activities, so they can take action if needed.

Recruiterflow offers scorecard features that help the hiring team make subjective evaluations on the candidates. The scorecards use a rating system, so interviewers can rate candidates on specific skills. Interviewers can also record detailed notes on the candidates.

Email and calendar integration to Google and Microsoft 365 is also supported, so recruiters can send emails, track responses and schedule interviews straight from Recruiterflow. In addition, recruiters can call or text candidates directly in the software.

There’s also the @mention feature within Notes where recruiters can notify the hiring team about candidates and other info by simply tagging them.

Finally, Recruiterflow’s reporting tools help the recruiter track recruiting metrics, such as source distribution and time to hire.

The Basic plan costs $85 per user, per month if paid annually ($99 per user, per month if paid monthly). It includes unlimited job openings, CRM functionality, two-way calendar and email sync, job postings and job boards, branded careers pages, saved searches, task management, pipeline and activity reporting, up to five custom fields and integration with third-party applications.

The Pro plan costs $90 per user, per month if paid annually ($109 per user, per month if paid monthly). It includes all of the features of the Basic plan, plus email sequences, Zapier integration, access control, unlimited custom fields, data enrichment, candidate texting, click to call and up to 100,000 API calls per day.

The Advanced plan costs $99 per user, per month if paid annually ($129 per user, per month if paid monthly). Recruiterflow offers an add-on feature called email lookups, which means that Recruiterflow can successfully look up an email address via its Google Chrome extension. It costs $20 for 100 lookups.

Shortcomings

Some users have mentioned that they’d like to see a dashboard that shows daily activities. Also, Recruiterflow doesn’t have onboarding features, but it does integrate with some HR solutions that offer this feature, such as Zoho People.
