Ascendify is a smart talent management platform that helps large and enterprise-sized companies manage their acquisition and development in one place. It has predictive intelligence functionality to help recruiters better manage their hiring processes. Ascendify combines customer relationship management (CRM) with a full applicant tracking system (ATS), a talent community, employee referrals and analytic features. In-house sourcers and recruiters for large and enterprise-sized companies are able to access a robust system to identify top-tier talent and nurture ongoing relationships with candidates in their own databases.

With a socially focused platform, recruiters have direct access to a wider range of candidates on a much more personal level.

Pricing

Ascendify charges a license fee based on the number of users in the organization. If the client has a contract with a different solution, Ascendify will deliver its platform free of licensing fees until the current contract end (up to a year).

Shortcomings

Ascendify is the best fit for large and enterprise-sized companies in need of an end-to-end recruitment solution. It won’t work well for smaller companies.

In addition, many services, such as custom reporting options, social media management and email marketing campaigns, are only accessible by premium account holders.
