Ascendify CRM + ATS At A Glance

Good: A complete talent acquisition platform that replaces legacy recruiting software from multiple vendors with one solution.
Bad: Not a good fit for smaller companies with less than 500 employees.
Bottom Line: Enterprise-class, mobile-enabled CRM/ATS solution with the configuration, security and compliance features required by large global companies.

Product Overview

Ascendify is a smart talent acquisition platform that helps mid-size and enterprise companies manage their sourcing, engagement, recruiting and selection in one place. It has predictive intelligence and machine learning functionality which makes things more efficient and effective for recruiters to manage their recruiting efforts. Ascendify combines candidate relationship management (CRM) with a full applicant tracking system (ATS), career websites, SMS and email campaigns, employee referrals and a rich ad-hoc analytics engine. In-house sourcers and recruiters for large and enterprise-sized companies are able to access a robust system to identify top-tier talent and nurture ongoing relationships with candidates in their own databases and with an AI-powered external talent search, recruiters have direct access to a wider range of candidates on a much more personal level and rely less on job board ads.

When clients use their own career site as a hub for applicants, Ascendify helps increase the quality and quantity of candidates who engage with the brand and reduce the cost of hiring.
