Good: A complete talent acquisition platform that replaces legacy recruiting software from multiple vendors with one solution.
Bad: Not a good fit for smaller companies with less than 500 employees.
Bottom Line: Enterprise-class, mobile-enabled CRM/ATS solution with the configuration, security and compliance features required by large global companies.

Product Overview

Ascendify is a smart talent acquisition platform that helps mid-size and enterprise companies manage their sourcing, engagement, recruiting and selection in one place. Ascendify combines candidate relationship management (CRM) with a full applicant tracking system (ATS), career websites, SMS and email campaigns, employee referrals and a rich ad-hoc analytics engine. When clients use their own career site as a hub for applicants, Ascendify helps increase the quality and quantity of candidates who engage with the brand and reduce the cost of hiring.
