Product Updates

After a guide is printed, manufacturers may introduce new models to the marketplace or make changes to existing models. When this happens, we post the latest reviews, comparisons and buying advice online, in our searchable product update database .

Only our customers have exclusive access to this database free of charge. The database is meant to complement the guides and does not provide the depth of information that is found in each guide.

To enter the database, consult the back cover of your most recent guide (hard copy or e-guide) for the user name and password.

Please note:
When a new edition of a guide is published, the updates relating to the old edition are removed from this site and a new set added. The user names and passwords are also changed. Since both the user name and password are both printed on the back of the most recent guide, you will need the most recent edition to access all online updates. For example, if you are looking for updates to the Laser Fax Guide, you must have the most recent Laser Fax Guide with its user name and password.

As with our printed guides, all material in the updates section is copyrighted.
