How many guides do you publish?
We publish 10 different guides - each one dedicated to a different category of
office equipment.

What kind of equipment do you cover?
We cover all different classes of copiers, printers, fax machines, scanners and
multifunctional machines for office use. We generally don't cover entry-level
equipment (ink jet printers and personal scanners) designed principally for
home use.

This varies by guide - there are anywhere from 80 and 170 pages per guide.

How often are the guides updated?
Each guide is updated once every year to include the newest models and report
on the latest advancements. Since there are ten guides in total, subscribers
can expect to see a new guide in their mailboxes about once every five weeks.

What happens if new models are introduced after the guides are
already printed?
As a Better Buys customer, you'll have exclusive access to our online product
updates (for guides that you purchase), bringing you the latest pricing,
performance specs, recommendations and reviews of all new models. This
information is always kept current, is reserved for our customers only, and is
made available to you at no additional charge.

Are your guides available in an electronic format?
Yes. All current guides can be sent to you electronically. They are sent to you
via e-mail and arrive as an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file attachment. You will need
an adobe acrobat reader (available free at www.adobe.com)
to open the file. If you place order between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST, you
should receive your electronic guide within an hour.

You can either choose one of our two
subscription options or buy guides individually. Both subscriptions
and individual guides are also available for bulk purchase at discounted rates.

Can I buy guides individually?
Yes, single guides cost between $29 and $39 each (a little more outside of the
US). You should be aware of the significant
savings you can get from subscribing.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Your subscription is risk-free. If you decide during the first 60 days
that Better Buys isnt right for you, well refund 100% of your money
no questions asked for subscriptions and individual guides (print only).
There are no refunds for individual guide electronic purchases.
If after 60 days, just let us know if youre ever dissatisfied with your
subscription (print or electronic) and well promptly refund the unused
balance without delay guaranteed. After 60 days there is no refund
for individual print guide purchases.
